Trackside casinos will become more popular in the future. In many parts of the world, pari-mutuel horse racing is popular. Many race tracks will introduce casino games to augment their attendance and their revenues.
In many cases, if a community already has one form of gambling, it would be easier to convince legislators to introduce other types of gambling.
This promotional concept will continue. The advantage of this strategy is that it will attract more people to visit casino destinations, and ultimately, increase the casino's revenues.
Included in this concept of 'adult entertainment' will be the provision of all types of entertainment that will appeal to both adult gamblers, as well as other members of the family.
Many casinos, especially within North America, are now developing theme concepts and packages that are attractive to the entire family. This type of positioning will definitely increase the casino's market shares within the entertainment world.
Even if casinos are considered 'adult entertainment', they must still be properly overseen. People will continue to gamble, as long as they see it as a way to overcome poverty and gain something for nothing.
